Rz 350/ Banshee/ Rd350LC parts interchangeability

Does anyone know of a resource for parts interchangeability of these or any combination of these bikes? I was going to just ask if a banshee flywheel would work on an RZ350 but if there's a resource for this stuff it would be incredibly helpful.

I go to yamahapartshouse.com and look up the respective part numbers for each model and see if they match. A perfect match means they obviously interchange. A different part number does not necessarily mean its a "NO-GO" just need to do more research to confirm or deny fitment. On some models you must change an interworking group of parts to gain compatibility/interchangeability.

actually.. i know it will. i bought an aftermarket banshee ignition to fit an LC crank and it did fit, lc (4l0) and rz drums will swap.  so will the ignitions, overall.

cranks will swap, etc. banshee to rz most of the motor stuff will swap. transmissions have different ratios obviously though.

Thanks for the info! I was on revzilla and I tried just that. The complete banshee and RZ cranks have different part numbers but all the indiviual crank components are the same. I chocked the technic up as unreliable. After that I didn't bother to try other part comparisons

M in sc thank you for sharing that knowledge. From what I understand you can put Banshee cylinders on an RZ base but not vice versa. Something about water pumps or water passages. Sadly that's all I have to offer.
