I sat on one of those at Laguna last summer during MotoAmerica weekend. CFMoto had a tent in the manufacturer area

 Oh man, that sucks! Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you start feeling better and can return to the sport/hobby someday soon.

(not mine)
Another one for Randy
Not sure if it's the same bike that was listed previously in Vero Beach by Iconic that didn't meet reserve (although that one was listed as a 1974 but it sure looks the same).

General Chatter / Re: Plastic Mikuni main jets?
January 22, 2026, 02:34:37 PM
Pretty sure that's not a genuine Mikuni jet but an aftermarket version made by Pro Jet. To my knowledge Mikuni only made jets in brass.
The listing even mentions "Part is an aftermarket nylon Pro Jet carburetor main jet."

Proof that you never know the outcome until it's over. Such a heartbreaker for Brabec. To lose the title by only 2 seconds after 49 hours of racing!  And he was up by 3:20 going into the final stage.

Doh! Glad it was an easy fix with no other damage than the threads & gasket.

Quite a few members here have done the MotoLanna arm on RDs. If you search the site you'll come up with a bunch of threads. There's also an aftermarket swingarm thread in the Tech Library.

I'm sure there are other places to get them, but this is the DT manifold in question.
Personally I would track down some used OE Yamaha ones. Reading the one review on that part from Treatland is reason enough.
