finally got the prototype stuff printed and test fit.

finally got some of the parts made,going to hopefully move along faster now.

nothing extreme but this is a big step. got the shim depth sorted for engagement. need to machine the main housing down take about 38mm down. once thats done, need to key and tig weld the toothed gear on the shaft. lastly mount up the hydraulic clutch actuator. getting over a cold but this def made my day today.

bit of an update. big turning point, got it all machined and mounted. upside: it all works! downside.. I need to add a compression release. even w a 400cca battery the compression is just too much. but I have a plan. regardless,  got the battery box etc all fabbed up. still zero permanent mods to the bike itself. all bolt on.
