(not mine)
the "number plates" don't really do anything for me.

its a 'bare bones' rebuild but clean. i agree the side plates are shit. and emgo filters. boo.  but, current bit at 4k is reasonable for sure. will prob fetch.. 7500 or so.  (my guess)

Wasting time on 2T forums since the dawn of the internet. '89 TDR250, '23 300xcw, '24 Street Triple RS, '56 Porsche 356A, '88 325is '89 560SL. Too many toys.

All in all, I think it's pretty nice but doesn't move me; maybe I'm just a Yamaha guy. Having seen other Lossa builds, I'm surprised Jay signed off on those side panels. I guess the customer is always right.
I post waayyy too much

I think it's an H1 frame with an H2 motor.  The gas tank is H1.

Looks heavy AF, and those old school "lateral move" bolt on suspension mods just seems like a waste of time these days.

mike, you're right . that is an h1 w an h2 motor.

btw check out the stock plug wires. you can see the tag poking out on the RH one.

scully

nah 74 H2 frame and fwd motor mount is a give away to it being H2.

I am not sure what tank that is but it ain't a 74 H2 tank, it is too long. The 74 H2 tank is short and bulbous. It is either a late H1 tank or a 75 H2 tank. I like all of it except the side covers. I am thinking it will fetch at least 8 grand. I love mine as I have said before. There is nothing quite like the feeling of a hot rod H2 coming up on the pipe. Raw, unrefined and visceral. With all the mods mine has it handles and stops well too. But it spends most of the time setting and the Yamaha twins get rode much more because they are much easier to go fast on and much cheaper to fix.

Interesting the reserve was not met at a highest bid of $8,477.
