Looks to be in decent shape. Never ceases to amaze how bad people are at taking photos of bikes there're trying to sell.

Neither key is an original Yamaha key.
It's already got a carb upgrade from the OEM junk setup. Moto Carrera Millennium Sport pipes. Someone really swiss-cheesed that rear rotor. Doesn't say which ignition it has.

needs crank seals maybe & guy doesn't know shit. nice wiring connectors on back too.  68 if running, even poorly is 'ok' especially in California, but i bet this bike is a huge can of worms. Needs a wrench guy to get it and fix it up, and most of them wont pay almost 7k for that. IMHO.
